  • Order and Delivery
    At Evodia, customers can enjoy a seamless ordering experience by browsing our range of premium perfumes and placing orders without advance payment requirements. Upon order confirmation, our team processes the dispatch promptly, typically delivering within 2-3 business days. In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays or courier service disruptions), we will communicate an updated delivery schedule to the customer at the earliest possible time.

Our delivery process is handled by trusted couriers, ensuring safe and secure transport to the address provided. To prevent any delays, customers are encouraged to double-check the delivery address during order placement and ensure it is accessible during business hours. Specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, building security procedures) should be included at the time of order to facilitate smooth delivery.
 

  • Order Cancellation
    If you need to cancel an order, you may do so without incurring charges, provided that the cancellation request is made before the order dispatch. For cancellations after dispatch, however, customers will be responsible for covering the delivery costs. This charge is necessary to offset expenses incurred during the delivery attempt and will be communicated promptly. Customers are advised to pay this delivery charge promptly to avoid future order restrictions.
     
  • Product Exchange
    We recognize that fragrance preferences are subjective, and occasionally, a purchased perfume may not meet your expectations. To accommodate these preferences, Evodia offers an exchange policy. Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order by contacting our customer service team. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange, with customers only responsible for covering delivery charges.

Once the exchange is approved, the new product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. This policy aims to balance our commitment to quality with flexibility for our customers.

    Evodia perfumes are crafted with precision using top-grade perfume oils sourced from France, Dubai, and Switzerland. We implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure each product meets our high standards before reaching customers. Our fragrance experts oversee the production process to ensure each perfume’s longevity and authenticity.
